Well Paris you made me love you from the first time I’ve visited, 3 years ago, but love on a second sight was something special.
There is so much beauty on every corner; architecture, stunning parks, restaurants and vibrant doorways. Paris don’t let anyone down. This time gorgeous doors along the Parisian streets caught my attention and in less then a week I found myself with a camera full of it. So next logical thing was to write a post. It’s simple.
I feel like doors can have a personality of their own. My father was a carpenter and I remember watching him make all kinds of wooden doors many times. He put his time and skills to creat something that we use in everyday life. Sometimes we don’t even notice things around us, but while you are in Paris stop for a second and enjoy this works of art.
There are beautiful doors in almost every arrondissement but I loved to explore ones in Latin Quarter, Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Pres and of course in lovely Montmartre.
I wanted to show you another side of Paris that is not Eiffel Tower or some other major attraction. Life’s beauty is in “small” things. We have to train our mind and heart to notice it.
So guys let me know how did you like this blog post ? What kind of Parisian beauty caught your eye? Share your story with me! I’m more then excited to hear all about it !
Love
X
