Every journey has a beginning and I want to share mine with all of you who have been following me from the very beginning.
To start a diet, business or blog is not easy! Actually, every beginning is scary because we are not sure what we are doing. Only thing I know is that I started everything with a passion and deep need to share my stories.
My journey started 6 years ago when I decided to spend a summer in America on a Work & Travel program. At that time I only visited few countries around Croatia and that was a huge step for me. Something I always wanted, like dream come true. I’ve worked for whole year combining 3 students jobs and my classes on collage of civil engineering. When I look back I admire myself how dedicated and focused I was.
Yes it was a dream that became a reality and changed my life forever. I remember crossing the Time Square for the first time. Those feeling are something I’ve been waiting for whole life. After that I knew nothing will be the same. Didn’t know how, but deep down everything was clear. At that time it was a first time I’ve heard for Instagram. Something that 6 years later became my small business and full time occupation.
After my return back in Croatia I decided to pursuit my modeling career which brought me to most amazing places. And my journey with blogging started with desire to share my experiences around the Globe.
At that point I didn’t think about money, to be honest, wasn’t thinking that anyone is making money from the blog. And now when I stop for a second and think about all the brands I worked with I have to pinch myself.
H&M, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, De’longhi, Nivea and many more and not to forget to mention that I was the first men ever on the cover of Cosmopolitan Croatia – such a great achievement.
So most of the people would ask why did you start it if there wasn’t money ? In “grown- up “ world everything is measured by amount of money and no one is asking : “are you happy with who you are? “
I was lucky enough to be able to support my travels from the very beginning and now when I’m full time blogger I love the idea of freedom that this job is giving me.
I feel like this is just a step on a much bigger journey that I’ll experience in a future.
I know that you are all curious to know how this Instagram “thing “ is working. It is not that “easy” and “fun” as you think; countless numbers of mails combined with many more hours of non-stop work.
But from the last month things got really easier since influence.vision came to Croatian market.
