New Zealand is a traveller’s dream. Packed with spectacular landscapes and virtually untouched national parks -the scenery alone is enough to inspire most visitors. This is a home of bungy and where you can find every other type of adrenaline rush you can think of – and some you’ve probably never even dreamt of. As I’m facing my first summer in Dubai (read “hell” ) somehow my mind flew back to a New Zealand adventures I’ve experienced this year. And one of the best was air safari around the tallest mountain, Mount Cook (3724 m).
